I love the work environment, culture, and the good work ethic of my colleagues. I’ve been working here for more than 5 years and I’m happy to say that this place is a stress-free work environment!

Working at Unifiller has given me the opportunity to balance my family and career life by having flexible work hours and helping me mature my leadership skills, which I can also apply to my life outside of work. Plus, it’s a great environment for sports-minded people. We have a weight room, volleyball court, basketball court, and other activities.

The working culture at Unifiller is so flexible, refreshing, and motivating that you can’t wait to start work every day. Apart from its business success, Unifiller also focuses on the success of its employees, business partners, and customers. As an employee, not only do you get all the resources to develop your skills through ongoing training, you can also join in on many company-organized social events.

I've been a working student at Unifiller for almost 4 months now, and I can say without a doubt that the positive attitude and hard work ethic radiate off everyone on the staff. Whether it is in the office, lunchroom, or out on the volleyball court for break time, everybody always has a smile on their face.

I am excited to come to work and have the opportunity to engage with our customers. I believe in the product and it allows me to confidently offer meaningful solutions that will contribute to the long-term success of our customers. Unifiller is constantly striving to become even more customer centric and to continually find different approaches where we can add additional value to our loyal customers.

In 2018 I had already done my research on the company and knew it was where I wanted to work, mainly because of the culture and the people’s enthusiasm. I’ll always remember when I came into my first interview, I was waiting in the lobby and one of the employees walks by, says “happy Wednesday,” and it affirmed that this is where I wanted to work and where I want to be.

Unifiller is one of those hidden gems!  The culture and atmosphere at Unifiller are like no other.  They provide flexibility for a good work-life balance and encourage growth within the company.

Unifiller is a rare find! I have been working here for 25 years and I feel like working for Unifiller is not just a job, but it’s a place to create a career. There is room for personal growth and it seems funny that even after all this time, I still feel like I’m getting into the ground floor of a great opportunity. I feel like we are all an important part of something that is going to be huge!

I‘ve enjoyed working with Unifiller. I am always grateful for its well-balanced culture that allows employees to maintain an amazing work and life balance. I find that there is a great sense of making everyone an important part of the team and being treated with respect. Everyone is supportive and always works toward a common goal.

 I joined Unifiller as a university co-op student and new immigrant. 20 years later, I'm still working here. My job is not just a job; it has offered me professional growth, friends, and prosperity. Unifiller's people-oriented culture has fulfilled my expectations in that regard. It's an example of how open, professional, and goal-oriented management can bring growth to a company.

We are family!  We make time for each other and we got each other’s back.

My experience at Unifiller has been absolutely fantastic. It has been an adventure traveling and meeting our customers in the industry. It’s a place to have wonderful relationships with my coworkers and have the ability to grow and learn about the industry. I would not trade it!
